• Your volume and value of goods: The amount you are looking to take with you, and the value of your belongings will also determine the cost of your move. Your goods will be packed and moved in relation to their volume and value, so the higher these both are, the more expensive your move will be.
• Packing services: Although our packing service saves you huge amounts of stress and time, it will add to the overall cost of your move. The more you want our team to pack up for you, the more expensive it will be.

We have a highly skilled team of packers, who are extremely dedicated and committed to your move. They want to ensure your goods are transported safely and securely, to your destination, and will handle your goods with great care and caution.

The packing team will pack your goods appropriately, according to their size and value. We use a range of protective covers for goods which need extra security during transit, such as suits, mattresses and white goods. We also use wardrobe and linen cartons, for the clothing items which might need greater protection.

It is important for us to remain as eco-friendly as possible to minimise our impact on the environment. The materials we use for packing are produced to such a high quality that they can be reused for other customer moves, or for your personal benefit ,and are also fully recyclable.

About Ashington

Ashington is one of the largest towns in Northumberland, which is very renowned for it’s successful coal mining history. The colliery opened in 1867 and was once considered to be the largest mining village in the world. The mines closed down in 1988, however the colliery heritage still lives on in the town, with the Woodhorn museum designed to look like the cutting machines which were used deep underground. You can also take part in the Ashington Colliery Hertitage Trail, which takes you on the route around the former coal mining site. Today, Ashington is home to plenty of natural habitats and large country parks.
