Training
Each crew member in the Hoults team undergoes comprehensive training before they are permitted to work on a move. Independent removal specialists conduct training with the crews, who are required to pass a test on packing and handling techniques. Crews are also required to attend regular refresher courses to ensure they are always at their best.

Internal procedures
