Training

Each crew member in the Hoults team undergoes comprehensive training before they are permitted to work on a move. Independent removal specialists conduct training with the crews, who are required to pass a test on packing and handling techniques. Crews are also required to attend regular refresher courses to ensure they are always at their best.

Internal procedures

Hoults is dedicated to continually improving our service to you. Honest feedback is incredibly important to us, which is why we ask our customers to complete a service questionnaire upon the completion of their move. This indicates how you feel your move went or where it could have been improved.

Our customer service team read every questionnaire and report back on any areas of concern, which are acted upon immediately.
